Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing and spacious with a great view of the Empire State Building from the higher floors, although a bit small for a King room and left uncleaned. The service was superb, with extremely nice and friendly staff who helped us navigate the city and explained how to use the subway. The location was ideal for exploring NYC, close to major attractions like Times Square, Penn Station, and Broadway. The dining experience was good, offering clean rooms with ample toiletries but lacking free drinking water or breakfast options typical of other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Overall, a mixed experience with highs and lows, but I would definitely stay here again for the convenient location and friendly service.
The hotel is excellently located near Times Square, making it convenient for visiting important New York City sights. While the rooms are a good size for New York, the elevators can be slow at times, but the reception staff is extremely quick to assist when needed.
The hotel rooms are small but clean and suitable, equipped with a fridge but no microwave. The atmosphere is friendly, and the location is excellent, close to major attractions. However, some services had delays in resolving issues.
The hotel's location is brilliant, right next to the 42 St Metro station, offering easy access to various attractions. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and the top-floor room with city views is worth the extra cost. However, the immediate surroundings can be busy and noisy, and the hotel may not resemble the typical European Holiday Inn. Ideal for Broadway shows and exploring nearby areas.
The hotel offers cozy rooms with a view of Manhattan, equipped with all necessary amenities, but lacking wardrobe space. The staff is a mix of friendly and rude encounters. The location is central but has noisy and unkempt surroundings. The dining experience is average, resembling other Holiday Inn Express offerings.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day exploring NYC. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially those who assisted with our bags and arranged transportation. The location was excellent, with easy access to popular attractions and convenient travel options. The dining experience was decent but could get crowded at times. Overall, a great value for money choice in the heart of the city.
The hotel had rooms that were smaller than expected for 2 adults and 2 children, with a strong cigarette smell lingering. On the bright side, the prices were very affordable for the 5-night stay. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions but also exposed to disturbances from homeless individuals. The dining offerings were satisfactory, with confusion reported on how things operated.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered an amazing view of the Empire State Building and were quite spacious and very clean, but there were cleanliness issues upon arrival and a roach in my room the next morning. The room size and storage space could have been better, although having 2 double beds was ideal for a family of three.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although slightly small, were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service was overall very nice and helpful, but there were some issues with certain staff members. The location was superb, close to major attractions and public transportation. The dining experience was satisfactory. The hotel offers good value for the money.
The hotel offers rooms that are not spacious but big enough, equipped with a good bed with a choice of pillows, TV, coffee machine, fridge, safe, usb charging points, takeaway cups, and ice machines in the corridor at a price of a king room. The service can be a mix of very rude with attitude in some staff members but exceptional in others. The location is busy, noisy, and somewhat surrounded by homeless individuals, yet it is close to Times Square and major attractions. The dining experience is decent, although the lack of free breakfast is noticeable. The hotel facilities overall meet the basic standards.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms, although on the small side, did not detract from our amazing visit. They were spacious with a great view from the higher floor overlooking the Empire State Building, making them quiet and comfortable even before the official check-in time.
